Harlowe’s is one-upping the mustard game. Our house recipe uses La Fin Du Monde Belgian Tripel (Chambly, Quebec) to form its distinct flavor.
We start with whole brown mustard seed, cayenne, and house spices. The base marinates in the Tripel over night, before it is chilled, strained and served fresh alongside our “Slow Roasted Pork Dip”.
